What if I never received an order confirmation email?

  • Please check the email that you gave us at checkout.
  • Check your spam folder or any other filters you may have in your email.
  • Feel free to email us at support@tenaciouspeacock.com to have us resend the confirmation email or update your email address.

What if I never received a shipping confirmation email?

  • Please reach out to us via email at support@tenaciouspeacock.com and we will send you your tracking information. Our system usually sends out shipping and tracking information automatically, however, we are a small business and our system is not perfect. 

How can I cancel my order?

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of your purchase time by reaching out to us at support@tenaciouspeacock.com
  • After 24 hours, we may have already processed your order. You can then return the item for a refund.

How can I track my order?

  • For customers in the USA please use USPS tracking.
  • For customers not in the USA please use 17track.
  • Please give your tracking information 5 days after shipping to update.

Why is my tracking information not updating?

When will my order be shipped?

  • All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched.
  • 99% of orders are shipped within 3-5 days of payment.
  • We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.

When will I receive my order?

  • Please allow up to 20 business days delivery time as they may be shipping from other countries.

Why does it say my package was delivered but I never received it?

  • Verify the shipping address
  • Look for a notice of attempted delivery
  • Look around the delivery location for your package
  • See if someone else accepted the delivery
  • Some packages travel through multiple carriers; check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail.
    • Wait 36 hours - in rare cases, packages may say delivered up to 36 hours prior to arrival
  • Contact your local post office to see if they are holding your package

Where are my items coming from?

  • Although we are headquartered in the USA, we source products from the best manufacturers that located in other countries such as China, Malaysia, Philippines, and Taiwan.

Will my items be sent in one package?

  • For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries
Why haven't you responded to my email?
  • We are not yet big enough to hire a customer service representative, so the founders will be responding to emails within 24-48 hours after receiving emails. Customer service is a top priority, so please feel free to reach out with any questions you may have.

Can I receive a refund?

Can I exchange my product?

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item due to sizing, send us an email at support@tenaciouspeacock.com
